Day 2
April 5th will be day 17. I weighed in at 242.5 this am and have been sticking to the guidelines of the diet. Its pretty simple actually. Lean poultry and fish. Vegetables. 2 servings of low sugar fruits as well as yogurt(pro-biotic). 1 serving of healthy fats(Olive oil). No alcohol or carbs allowed the 1st 17 days. Also 17 min of aerobic exercise. That is it in a nutshell.
