246.5 lbs 3/6/2012

Ate healthy all day yesterday and consumed no alcohol. Today will be more of the same. Plan to get a nice walk in as well which should help. Still working on getting to write up a diet plan. I have the basics in my head so it shouldt be all that hard. Complex carbs, lean meat, fruit and vegetables. 5-6 meals a day. Ship it. 220lbs here I come.
