I can weigh 220lbs by May 13th 2012 at the ripe old age of 31. Current weight is approx. 245. My biggest hurdle has been the consumption of beer and junk food. Easy fix is to cut it out of my diet or at least minimize the consumption. The plan is to formulate a simple to follow eating schedule/menu and reward myself one meal a week where I will be allowed to have some a 22 or 2 of beer and some delicious sinful food.
Along with changing my eating habits I plan to circuit train with weights 3 times a week and add walking/jogging/cardio an additional 2-3 days a week. Hopefully I can get my wife to join me as well and we can both be looking our all time best come summer time.
