It was up and down though I made a terrible spew for a BI in a 3bet pot which I dislike. Besides that I feel like I played quite well given my new approach. Basically i am done table selecting to always have the best tables. I am just seeking 4 tables with at least one mark and trying to develop reads on the regs. If I want to move up I must learn to exploit thinking players weaknesses. I feel a huge growth spurt coming on.

Missed an AM session due to getting a new coach. Decided to skip a PM session due to fatigue. Played 3.5 hrs today.

Today Monday January 25th 2010 I played 5.75 hours of the 6 I set as my goal. I could have jhit my goal but decided to quit due to not feeling sharp. Better to miss 15 minutes rather than spew money for 15 minutes imo. Anyways if you do happen upon this drop a comment.
